Studio T is not a luxurious retail store with regular business hours, but rather a good way to find quality furniture at inexpensive prices.  There is no warehouse full of inventory, nor do I have an expensive retail storefront, my overhead is LOW and therefore my prices are LOW.

I offer a customer-focused approach to assist you in finding the furniture you need.  When we speak on the phone, or meet, I will point you in the right direction and guide you in reviewing our numerous catalogs and finding what you need.  By shopping elsewhere first, you will seriously appreciate the value you find at Studio T when you see the LOW prices.

PICK OUT YOUR FURNITURE
Studio T offers the same styles found at department and Retail Stores like the ‘Barns’, ‘Barrels’, ‘Galleries’, and ‘Hardware’ stores.  You get to choose from a wide variety of fabrics, leathers and finishes, and since we are providing custom furniture, we can work with you on specific dimensions to fit your space exactly.

Before you contact Studio T, consider your space…windows, closets, hallways and lighting.  Be sure to measure the room as well as all entryways, elevators and up all staircases for delivery purposes.  Also, be sure to collect your tools:  paint chips, fabrics, carpet samples, photos and measurements to utilize while you shop.

PLACE YOUR ORDER
Make sure you have made up your mind; Studio T has a no returns policy.  I recognize that they don’t treat you like this at Retail Stores, but they also don’t sell furniture at these prices either.  Once you place your order, you will be asked for a 50% deposit if paying by check and 100% if using a credit card.  Studio T accepts checks, money orders, cashiers checks, Visa and MasterCard; sorry AmEx users!  The manufacturer gets busy on your order and you should expect delivery within 8-10 weeks from the time the order is placed.  The waiting time depends on the manufacturer; most of our products are custom made and generally require 6-8 weeks from the time the order is placed and sometimes an additional 2 weeks for freight delivery.  Our prices include shipping to our delivery company.  We try to keep your wait time reasonable, but please plan ahead for holidays and special occasions.  We know you are eager to receive your new furniture, but please be patient.  I ask that you refrain from calling Studio T until the 8th week after your order has been placed.

Once I receive notification that your order is headed to Colorado, you will be contacted for the remainder of the balance if applicable.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY
Once your order has been received and inspected, I will contact you to schedule a pick up or delivery.  Please note, delivery fees are separate from your furniture order and need to be paid directly to the delivery company.  Please ask the staff if you have special delivery requirements.
